How does it work?
We keep it simple:
You refer a brand you believe in.
If they sign on for a paid engagement, you get a referral fee.
We all do a happy little internal dance (some of us outwardly).
We pay out up to 10% per referral. Bigger projects mean bigger thank-yous. There’s no cap. The more we grow together, the more you earn. Fair?

We’re not trying to trick anyone or make this weird. If your referral turns into a project within six months of your intro, and they weren’t already on our radar, you’re eligible. We’ll reach out and keep you in the loop. Referral payments are issued after contract signing and first invoice payment.
