1. Acceptance of Terms

Invitation-Only Participation: Participation in our Events is by invitation only. An invitation, its confirmation, or use of any related materials does not constitute a membership or membership rights beyond the particular Event.

Agreement to Terms: By attending any of our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms, including all amendments, modifications, or updates that we may post or otherwise communicate.

2. Eligibility

Invitation Requirement: These events are exclusively available via invitation. If you have not received an invitation, you are not eligible to participate. Only individuals who have received a valid invitation from us are eligible to attend. The invitation process is at our sole discretion.

Registration and Confirmation: Invitations will include specific instructions regarding registration or confirmation of your intent to attend. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the cancellation of your invitation.

Age and Conduct: Attendees must be 21 years of age and agree to behave in a manner that fosters a respectful and safe environment. At the Event, you may be required to present a form of identification or your unique invitation credentials. Admission may be denied if these requirements are not met.

3. Payment (If Applicable)

Applicable Charges: Some events may require payment for attendance. Where applicable, you will be informed of any fees prior to confirming your participation.

Payment Terms: Payment details, such as amounts, due dates, and acceptable payment methods, will be provided along with your invitation, if applicable. If no fee is associated with an event, attendance is complimentary, and no payment is required.

Refunds & Cancellations: Any and all fees are non-refundable.

4. Event Conduct & Participation

Behavioral Guidelines:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without a refund (if a fee was collected).

Compliance with Event Rules:
Specific instructions regarding attire, behavior, or prohibited items may be provided prior to or during the Event. You agree to abide by these guidelines as a condition of your attendance.

Photography and Recordings:
Unless expressly prohibited or subject to separate rules communicated in advance, photography, video, or audio recording may take place during Events. However, any recordings remain the property of The Sulfur Group, and you consent to the use of any images or recordings taken for promotional or archival purposes.5. Changes and Cancellations

5. Event Modifications + Cancellations

Event Modifications: We reserve the right to change the venue, schedule, or overall programming of an Event as necessary. We will communicate any significant modifications as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy: We may cancel an Event in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or for reasons at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation where payment has been collected, a credit (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with the terms.

Attendees are encouraged to notify us promptly if they are unable to attend an event they have confirmed.

6. Privacy and Data

Data Collection: In connection with your participation, we may collect personal information. Our use of your data will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consent: By attending an Event, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including potential use for communications relating to future Events.

7. Intellectual Property

Event Content: All materials provided at our events, including presentations, images, and written content, are the intellectual property of Sulfur or its licensors. No permission is granted to reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without our prior written consent.

Recording & Photography: Unless otherwise stated, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Event content without the express written consent of Sulfur. Photography, video recording, or audio recording of the event may not be permitted for internal use, press, or social media. Please consult event-specific guidelines for details.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer: The event is provided on an “as is” basis. The Sulfur Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Event’s content, organization, and physical venue.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall The Sulfur Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure: Neither The Sulfur Group nor any of its representatives shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sulfur Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in any Event or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, or your participation in an Event, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration forum unless we elect to pursue any available legal remedies.

11. Modifications to Terms

Right to Amend: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted as soon as possible or communicated directly to invitees.

(Continued) Participation: Your (continued) participation in an Event following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
